摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving circuit of a display device, which is constituted using only TFTs of one conduction type to be able to reduce processes and can normally obtain a voltage amplitude of an output signal. <P>SOLUTION: In the driving circuit, a capacity 205 is provided between a gate and a source of a TFT 203 connected to an output node, and a circuit comprising TFTs 201 and 202 has a function of setting a node &alpha; to a floating state. When the node &alpha; is in the floating state, a capacitive coupling between the gate and the source of the TFT 203 by the capacity 205 is used to make a potential of the node &alpha; higher than VDD, so that an output signal having an amplitude between VDD and GND can be normally obtained without amplitude attenuation due to a threshold of the TFT. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
