<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spectrometry apparatus for accurately and reliably measuring absorption spectra. <P>SOLUTION: The spectrometry apparatus including both of a light source for projecting light to an object to be measured and an analyzing means for analyzing the object to be measured by measuring the spectrum of measuring light, light reflected from the object to be measured, or reference light includes an optical guide means for guiding the measuring light or the reference light to the analyzing means; a light branching means which can move the light to a position which can or cannot reflect light from the light source; a control means for controlling the movement of the position of the light branching means; and a standard reflection means for reflecting light from the light branching means into the reference means. The light branching means can be moved to a position (hereinafter, a first position) for reflecting light from the light source, irradiating the standard reflection means with it, making reference light reflected by the standard reflection means incident onto the optical guide means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
