PURPOSE: A piston injection die-casting system including a long nozzle unit is provided to help effective pumping and injection of molten metal into a mold. CONSTITUTION: A piston injection die-casting system comprises an injection rod(110), a power connection coupling(120), a piston rod(130), a piston(140), a molten metal chamber(200), and a long nozzle body(250). The injection rod has an up-and-down pressing operation by hydraulic pressure or a crank. The power connection coupling and the piston rod is coupled to the bottom of the injection rod. The piston rod is formed with a U-shaped sleeve(210) on the lower side to receive molten metal for die casting. The piston is coupled to the lower end of the piston rod. The molten metal chamber comprises a molten metal supply part(220) formed with a molten metal discharge groove(221) in order to transfer molten metal from an upper end of the sleeve to a mold part. The long nozzle body is extended from the molten metal supply part of the molten metal chamber to the other side mold(300). The long nozzle body has a molten metal transfer groove and a nozzle tip coupling groove.
