The device has a box (6) equipped with a tilted plane (5) of two removable buttock supports (9, 10) that are adaptable in height. A concave sectioned thigh rest (14) is articulated on an axle (13), and provided with a folded edge (15) at front end and a raised edge (16) at rear end, where the thigh rest is provided with two hand grips (11, 12) at ends. The thigh rest is raised from back toward front. The box is provided with two hand grips (7, 8) in an upper horizontal part, and constitutes a storage case of tools. The thigh rest is in a shape of a gutter.
