PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of an environmental concrete block having water permeability and water retention and a concrete block manufactured from the same are provided to prevent ponded and reflection by the light of a block surface, acts as a temperature controlling function, and acts as an excellent repair capability. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an environmental concrete block includes as follows. A first step is to make a first composition by mixing water, admixture, and cement and aggregate weight rate 1:3.6. The aggregate is made of general aggregate or crushed stone aggregate. A second step is forming a lower part by vibrating and inputting a first composition in a forming mold. The third step is make a second composition by mixing water 20~25 parts by weights, a crushed stone aggregate 750~850 parts by weights, and admixture 0.5~3 parts by weights. The fourth step is to form an upper part by inputting the second composition on a lower part formed in a forming mold. The fifth step is to form a block by vibrate-compressing the first composition and the second composition which is layered on the forming mold. The sixth step is to dry the molded block for 10~24 hours in 60~70 temperature degrees. The seventh step is to form a minute cavity by polishing the upper part surface of the dried block with a sand blast. The eight step is to curing the block. |
