<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling device with a long service life, hardly damaged by seizure, wear, or the like even if used under severe conditions such as high speed conditions, high load conditions, a high temperature environment or an insufficient lubricating environment. <P>SOLUTION: A thrust needle roller bearing includes an inner ring 1, an outer ring 2 and rolling elements 3. At least one of the raceway surface 1a of the inner ring 1, the raceway surface 2a of the outer ring 2 and the rolling surface 3a of the rolling element 3 is coated, at an area ratio of 75-95%, with a lubricating coat by shot peening treatment of a solid lubricant. The thickness of the lubricating coat is preferably 0.5-3.0 μm. At least a portion coated with the lubricating coat out of the raceway surface 1a of the inner ring 1, the raceway surface 2a of the outer ring 2 and the rolling surface 3a of the rolling element 3 is formed with dimples with a depth of 0.1-5 μm. The average roughness Ra of the centerline of the surface of the lubricating coat is 1 μm or less.
