PURPOSE: A lifter for construction works is provided so that wires are wound on four drums so that the wires are not overlapped, and then a cargo is lifted. CONSTITUTION: A lifter for construction works comprises a post(10), a cargo(20), a weight(30), drums(40), a motor(50), a first wire(60), a second wire(70), a pulley(80) and a third wire(90). The post comprises a top frame(11) and a support frame(12). The cargo is installed in the post and lifts heavy objects. The weight lifts in the opposite direction to the cargo. The drums are respectively arranged on front and rear sides of the upper part of the support frame. The motor drives the drums in forward/backward directions. The first and second wires are respectively wound on both sides of the drum in the opposite direction to each other. The cargo and the weight are lifted in the opposite direction.
