PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quantitatively evaluate a formed trial operation plan.SOLUTION: An evaluation method for a trial operation plan includes: calculating a first penalty value for evaluating the trial operation plan from a viewpoint of operation efficiency by use of a first evaluation function including at least one of a positional relation between a shipping place of a crane and an operation table, the overtime quantity of an operator, and the raising and lowering frequency of the crane to the operation table; calculating a second penalty value for evaluating the trial operation plan from a viewpoint of delivery time by use of a second evaluation function including the trial operation final day of a unit group in the trial operation plan and its delivery time; and calculating an evaluation value related to the trial operation plan from the first penalty value and the second penalty value. |
