PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further enhance the cooling effect of recirculating exhaust gas flowing in an EGR passage, without particularly enhancing the possibility of causing inconvenience by remaining of casting sand, in a cylinder head structure of a multicylinder engine provided with the EGR passage. SOLUTION: This cylinder head structure of the engine is formed by arranging a part of the EGR passage 15 for recirculating a part of the exhaust gas to the intake side so as to face a water jacket 20, and is characterized in that the water jacket 20 is arranged for making cooling water flow to the rear side from the front side in the cylinder row direction of a cylinder head 1, and a cooling water deriving port 25 is formed on a rear end wall 1R of the cylinder head, and the EGR passage extending in the cylinder head width direction is arranged along a ceiling surface 21f of the water jacket in a position separate from an inner surface 22 on the most downstream side on the rear side of the water jacket, and is formed so that a passage wall 15w of the EGR passage swells in the water jacket.
