PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extremely thin heat pipe having a groove structure and high heat conduction capacity, and a method of manufacturing the extremely thin heat pipe.SOLUTION: The extremely thin heat pipe includes a flat pipe body part and a powder sintering part. The flat pipe body part has an inner wall, a first groove set, and a second groove set. The first groove set and the second groove set are arranged on the inner wall and separated from each other. The respective groove parts of the first groove set and the second groove set are extended along the longitudinal direction of the flat pipe body part. The powder sintering part is arranged in the flat pipe body part, connects both the first groove set and the second groove set, and forms at least one steam flow passage together with the inner wall. |
