PURPOSE: A tire-ring, capable of temporally supplying the load of a vehicle when the vehicle has a flat tire, is provided to adhere to a tire wheel to stop the rotation of the tire in rollover accident. CONSTITUTION: A tire-ring comprises an impact absorption pore(5), a tire-ring holder(4) and a tire-ring fixing jack(6). The impact absorption pore is formed in the tire-ring in order to absorb impact. The tire-ring holder is installed to maintain the shape of the tire-ring. The tire-ring fixing jack positions the tire-ring close to the tire wheel center.
