PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To strengthen the sense of equilibrium by fitting a balance ball to the lower side of a disc made of hard plastic or aluminum according to the size of the foot of each parson. SOLUTION: The balance ball 3 is fixed to the lower side of a board main body 2 formed as a disc made of hard plastic or aluminum according to the size of a foot of each parson by a fixing screw 4. An anti-slipping tool 1 is provided on the upper surface of the board main body 2 to form a balance skater. The tool is used to apply balanced force, that is, stimulation to each finger part of the foot, thereby stimulating the central nervous system and reinforce the sense of equilibrium. A sportsman can correct undalance and play in a well-balanced form. On riding on the balance skater, the body declines to the ill-balanced side, so that the unbalanced part of the body can be known.
