PURPOSE: A supernatant liquid discharging apparatus is provided to improve the sludge precipitation action by reducing the time for precipitating sludge, and to reduce the amount of the sludge and foreign substances floating in water. CONSTITUTION: A supernatant liquid discharging apparatus using a decanter comprises the following: an inlet T-pipe(120) connected ton inlet pipe(110) penetrating a tank(100) from the outside to the inside; flow rate control plates(135) fixing a flow rate control pipe(130) on the lower side of the inlet T-pipe; an inflow unit including a discharge T-pipe for precipitating sludge by inserting waste water into the tank; and the decanter(200) adsorping supernatant liquid to discharge to the outside. |
