PURPOSE: A system and a method for settling a mobile phone by OTP(One Time Password) authentication with a code completion mode, and a recording medium are provided to authenticate whether or not a mobile phone is a valid OTP medium and a user is a valid user whenever generating an OTP. CONSTITUTION: An OTP generated from a mobile phone is received(500), and OTP generation information and OTP(N-n) generation information are confirmed(505). A server combines OTP(N-n) provided to the mobile phone to create an OTP(510). The server confirms the OTP validity for the authenticating mobile phone payment(525). If the OTP validity is confirmed(530), the server provides an OTP authentication result reception unit with the OTP authentication result corresponding to the OTP validity confirmation(540).
