PURPOSE: A voice bus inquiry guiding system for the blind and a controlling method for the same are provided to receive various information related to bus information and bus route and offer it in voice and visual information by comprising the information offering server connected by a separate network. CONSTITUTION: A route information database(140) comprises a text keyword and the bus route information of the text form. A microphone(110) receives the first voice data related to the destination location. A text converting unit(120) changes first voice data into text data. A control unit(130) extracts the bus information of text form related with the text key word.
