MANUFACTURING METHOD OF COIL SPRING USING HELICOID REDUCTION MILL

PURPOSE: A coil spring manufacturing method using helicoids reduction mill is provided to manufacture coil spring having different diameters using a helicoids reduction mill. CONSTITUTION: A coil spring material(10) released by pre-straightener(11) in a linear type is supplied to a surface treating device(12). The shot blasting or the scarping processing is performed on the surface of the coil spring material. The surface-treated coil spring material is supplied to a first heating apparatus(14) and heats at a fixed temperature.
