PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flat display panel where the strength of a substrate is improved. SOLUTION: This flat display panel includes a first substrate 101, a display section arranged on the first substrate, a second substrate 102 arranged on the first substrate so that the display section is positioned inside and so that one side of the first substrate is exposed, a terminal section 103 that is arranged in a part exposed to the outside of the second substrate on the first substrate and is electrically connected to the display section, and a glass reinforcing agent 104 applied to the first substrate in order to increase the strength of the first substrate.
