<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charge distribution system that charges a third party for charge corresponding to the third party generated by executing digital data communications between a third party computer and a terminal, and charges a terminal user for the residual. <P>SOLUTION: Transmission for making the third party computer recognize a terminal specification number and a domain name is performed from the terminal. The third party computer confirms an exchange station based on the domain name.
