摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To raise transmission efficiency and fuel consumption efficiency in a hybrid vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: The hybrid vehicle includes: an internal combustion engine 200; a generator MG 1, which can generate electricity with power of the internal combustion engine and can charge the electricity obtained by this power generation in a storage battery 600; a power dividing mechanism 300, which divides power of the internal combustion engine; an electric motor MG 2 which can output power according to the power supplied from the generator or the storage battery; a switching means 400, which can switch the operating state of the generator to a first state, in which the rotary shaft of the generator can rotate or to a second state in which the rotary shaft of the generator is fixed in a stopped state; a determination means 100 for determining the allowable range of a torque value of the internal combustion engine to permit switching to the second state from the first state, according to the torque value of the internal combustion engine in which the incorrect operation has occurred, when incorrect operation to be switched to the first state at an unintended time has occurred; and a control means which controls the switching means to switch from the first state to the second state, when an actual torque value of the internal combustion engine is in the allowable range. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
