<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charging/discharging controller capable of effectively utilizing surplus power generated from solar energy or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The charging/discharging controller includes a generated amount calculating part for calculating a predicted amount of generation which is an amount of future electric energy generation by a power generating part for each predetermined period, a consumed electric energy calculating part for calculating a predicted consumed electric energy which is an electric energy consumed in the future by a power load that consumes power generated by the power generating part for each predetermined period, a surplus power period determination part for determining a surplus power period which is a period in which the predicted power generation amount exceeds the predicted consumed electric energy, a surplus electric energy calculating part for calculating a predicted surplus electric energy which is an electric energy obtained by subtracting the predicted consumed electric energy from the predicted power generation amount during a surplus power period, and a charging/discharging control part which controls charging/discharging of a battery so that the remaining capacity of a battery at the start of the surplus power period comes to be a value obtained by subtracting the predicted surplus electric energy from a preset charging amount. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
