METHOD FOR REMOVING THE SUPERANNUATED BUILD AS TOP-DOWN TYPE

PURPOSE: A tow-down method for demolishing an underground structure is provided to reduce costs required for constructing struts and to minimize a collapse accident occurred during construction. CONSTITUTION: A tow-down method for demolishing an underground structure is as follows. Openings are formed in each underground slab and a first slab of a superannuated building in order to perform underground construction without a hitch. A teardown device is sent to a target position through the openings. A lowermost slab is demolished using the teardown device. Demolished residue is taken out through the openings. A certain depth of the lowermost slab is refilled with earth and sand.
