A method and an apparatus for automatically supplying and aligning a screen printer are provided to screen-print an image on a print film sheet by accurately aligning a mask. A screen printer includes a print film sheet(100), a working plate(200), upper and lower cameras(400), a mask(500), and a squeeze(600). The working plate is implemented in a center of a base(300). Plural guide bumps are formed on a boat(10) to mount the print film sheet. Driving motors operate a pair of conveyor belts(20). A transfer conveyor supplies the boat on the working plate. An aligning unit(30) aligns the mask in four directions by using a calibration cylinder. Fixing units(40) are arranged at both sides of left and right bases and fix the aligned mask. Plural suck-in holes are formed on the working plate which is moved only in a vertical direction.
