PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pan with a handle, which does not easily fall and is safe even if the handle is raised in the state that a screw is missing. SOLUTION: The pan comprises a body 2 which holds stuffs to be cooked, two sheet-like metal fittings 3 in which one end 7 is fixed to the outer wall 5 of the body 2, and a resin-made handle 4 which is fixed to other ends 8 of the metal fitting 3, wherein the metal fitting 3 is fixed to the handle 4 by the screw 9 from the below the handle 4, and in the handle 4, a position regulation part 10, which regulates a movement in a horizontal direction when setting the metal fitting 3 to the handle 4, is formed in the circumference of the outward form of the other end 8, further, a hanging part 12, which wraps an insertion part 11 prepared in the other end 8 from the lower part, is formed and comes into contact with the end face on the side of the body 2 of a rotation preventing part 13 prepared in the other ends 8, and a wall 15, which is formed so as to have height enough to prevent the handle 4 from being separated from the metal fitting 3 when the screw 9 is separated, is established.
