OIL-FREE SCREW COMPRESSOR

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify structure and improve reliability of an oil-free screw compressor by commonly using parts on the compressor body side and parts on the electric motor side by eliminating the need for a step-up gear for output of an electric motor and a suction throttle valve. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A compressor body 1 and a high speed motor 21 are directly coupled via a driving side gear 19 and a driven side gear 18 of the constant velocity ratio. High speed motor side bearings 29 and 30 respectively use the same size as compressor body side bearings 6 and 13. Visco-seals 41 and 42 arranged in both end parts of a motor shaft 25 use the same object as a visco-seal 11 arranged in both end parts of a male rotor 2 and a female rotor 3. The high speed motor 21 is driven by using a high frequency type inverter 20. The electric motor side and the compressor body side are formed as a pseudo symmetric rotary shaft structure with a constant velocity gear part as the center. Ž<P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT Ž
