PURPOSE: A writing apparatus with an image displaying device is provided to make increases the efficiency of a lecture by catching the eyes of audience within a fixed range and to control the height of a writing panel. CONSTITUTION: A writing apparatus with an image displaying device comprises a first cabinet(10), a first image display unit(21), a first groove rail(33), a first writing panel(31) and a first driving unit(40). The first image display unit is installed in the first writing panel which is piled up on the top of the first cabinet. The first image display unit displays an image to enable a user to check. The first driving member is installed on the top of the first writing panel.
