<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parallel transmitting module for arranging a capacitor for filtering out a noise in a position close to an electronic element, and effectively suppressing the noise. <P>SOLUTION: An optical module 30 uses a multilayered substrate for a module substrate 33 with a capacitor 35 mounted in a hole 91 on the substrate for filtering out the noise, and the capacitor is connected in between a power line 73 and a ground line 82 formed in a second conductive layer m2. The power line, the ground lines, and the like are divided to a plurality of conductive layers; a space is secured for disposing the capacitor 35 in the uppermost conductive layer m1; the capacitor 35 is disposed close to a driver IC; and therefore the noise is filtered out. Further, as the areas for the power line and for all the ground lines are allocated larger, a variation in a potential is reduced on each line. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
