<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic toner containing a biodegradable resin as a binder resin, having favorable pulverizing property and fixing property and excellent density stability and durability. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The electrophotographic toner contains an amorphous polylactic acid as a binder resin and has a D-lactic acid concentration of 10 to 40 mol% in the binder resin.
