PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fruit wine resistant to oxidative degradation and keeping fresh flavor and taste. SOLUTION: The fruit wine has a carbon dioxide concentration of 300-1,300 ppm and a dissolved oxygen content of ≤1.0 ppm in a state filled in a container. The fruit wine is produced by contacting a stock fruit wine with carbon dioxide gas and other gases and filling in the container in a state to lower the dissolved oxygen content to ≤1.0 ppm while keeping the carbon dioxide concentration in the wine to 300-1,300 ppm. Quality deterioration can be suppressed even after storage and rich fresh taste of the fruit wine can be maintained by the method.
