PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold reserving cup holder for storing a cup and easy to get the cup in and out. SOLUTION: In the cold reserving cup holder, the interior of a bottomed cylindrical holder body 31 serves as a storing part 32 capable of storing the cup 2. In a mouth part 33 of the holder body, a notch part 34 gouged from the mouth edge into the lower side is opened, the mouth part 33 is gradually decreased in thickness as it goes toward the mouth edge, and the mouth part 33 is gradually decreased in outside diameter as it goes toward the mouth edge.
