METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR TUNING HYDRAULIC ACTUATOR

PURPOSE: A tuning apparatus of a hydraulic actuator and a tuning method using the same are provided to reduce preparing time and cost by simplifying a servo valve gain setting, LVDT correction, and a load cell correction in order to be easily processed. CONSTITUTION: A tuning apparatus(100) of a hydraulic actuator comprises a base frame unit(20) wherein a hydraulic actuator(10) is arranged in the upper side of the base frame unit, a hydraulic actuator fixing unit(30) which is fixed on the one side of the base frame unit and fixes the hydraulic actuator, a standard load cell fixing unit(40) which is arranged on the other side of the base frame unit and fix a standard load cell(42), and a displacement sensor fixing unit(50) which is arranged on the base frame unit and fixes a displacement sensor(52).
