PURPOSE: An integrated production management method between a parent company and an outsourcing company is provided to accurately grasp production capability and production progress situations. CONSTITUTION: A parent company system offers a production plan and process management system to a child company system or an outsourcing company system(S10). The child company system or the outsourcing company system utilizes the system offered from the parent company(S20). The child company system or the outsourcing company system assigns a management right of the production plan and process management system to the mother company system(S30). The mother company system obtains the system management right(S40). The mother company system integrates and manages internal/external production plan and process management systems(S50).
