<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two tank oil pan in a simple structure not equipped with an oiling valve. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This two tank oil pan A includes a box shape outer tank 1 provided with a drain hole 12 on the bottom wall 11, a box shape inner tank 2 disposed inside the outer tank 1 at an interval with regard thereto, and a float valve 3 capable of making oil E1, E2 stored in the outer tank 1 and the inner tank 2 circulated or blocked. The float valve 3 comprises a float plate 4 capable of moving up and down with linked with the up-and-down motions of oil surfaces of the oil E1, E2, and a float case 5 having an opening 51a at an upper part of the base plate 51 and provided with a storage part regulating the up-and-down motion of the float plate 4 on one surface of the base plate 51. The float valve 3 is attached to a side wall 21 of the inner tank 2 and the opening 51a of the base plate 51 is stacked up on a communication hole 22 opened in the inner tank 2.
