A LINER OF SOCKET USED FOR ARTIFICIAL LIMB AND, THE MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a liner of a socket for an artificial limb is provided to improve durability by making a coupling structure of a connection adaptor and the liner have a double connection structure. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a liner of a socket for an artificial limb comprises the following steps: a first step which lays an inserted connection adaptor on the inner layer for a part of the inserted connection adaptor to be exposed; a 2nd step which completes a main body of the liner by attaching bidirectional spandex cloth to the outer surface of the inner layer; a 3rd step which unites a connecting bolt(101) to the center of the part in which the inserted connection adaptor is exposed; a 4th step which molds the connection adaptor of a board-shape having a nut hole(201); a 5th step which sticks a silicone cover(30) to the connection adaptor after molding the silicone cover; and a 6th step coupling the inserted connection adaptor and the connection adaptor.
