PURPOSE: A pillow top mattress is provided to enable a user to take a rest by offering optimal cushion feeling due to a selective cushioning layer and a functional layer and to prevent the lifetime of mattress from being shortened. CONSTITUTION: A pillow top mattress comprises: a first layer(10) consisting of Tyvek paper, a functional layer, and non-woven fabric; a second layer(20) consisting of a cushioning layer and the non-woven fabric; a third layer(30) consisting of a first interior material and the non-woven fabric; a fourth layer(40) consisting of a second interior material and the non-woven fabric; and a pillow top consisting of a cover cloth(50) covering the first layer and the fourth layer; and a mattress body in which an independent spring is mounted and a removable member is included on the upper and lower ends.
