PURPOSE: A leg stretching device stimulating a bone plate of a lower body is provided to strengthen a lower body muscle of a user and, to stimulate the bone plate of a lower body, and to enable the user to conveniently carry the device. CONSTITUTION: A leg stretching device stimulating a bone plate of a lower body comprises: a waist belt part(2) sticking to the waist of a user; belt parts(3,3') under knees which sticks to the lower part of the knees; and an elastic band parts(4,4') interlinked the waist belt part and the belt part under the knees. The elastic band is connected to the belt part under the knee. The waist belt part includes one or more connection parts connecting with the elastic band.
