PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a communication means, which is used at a calling side, to perform communication as further as possible even if the communication means is set invalid at a called-side mobile communication terminal. SOLUTION: If a dual mobile communication terminal 1 having a cellular phone function and a WLAN function does not respond to an incoming cellular phone call from a cellular phone switchboard 4, cellular phone calling is requested from a calling request section 5 through a WLAN to the mobile communication terminal 1 and the cellular phone function of the mobile communication terminal 1 is controlled to be validated. The incoming cellular phone call from the cellular phone switchboard 4 is retransmitted thereafter to establish communication with the mobile communication terminal 1. Thus, even in cellular phone call incoming to the mobile communication terminal 1 of which the cellular phone function is set invalid, communication is performed by the cellular phone communication means.
