PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing ultra high strength steel parts and a steel product manufactured by the same are provided to prevent a lowering of strength due to annealing blank material and to reduce rapid cooling time by enabling a pre-cooling process. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing ultra high strength steel parts comprises following steps. A steel coil(200) is cut to form blank material(230). The blank material is heated at 930~950°C. The blank material is pre-cooled during a process of transferring the blank material to the mold. The blank material is aligned within the mold. The blank material is rapidly cooled while the mold is compressed.
