<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust the VCO (Voltage-Control Oscillator) control voltage characteristics of the oscillation frequency, in a rough manner, while maintaining a locked state, as it is. <P>SOLUTION: A VCO 63 incorporates a transistor and generates the oscillation frequency corresponding to an inputted VCO control voltage, and each of LPFs 131a-131d inputs an input voltage for making the gate voltage of the transistor vary at a predetermined variation rate to the gate of the transistor built in the VCO 63 and adjusts the VCO control voltage characteristics of the oscillation frequency with respect to the VCO control voltage, in a rough manner.
