<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete beam with an opening, which can rationally save labor in bar arrangement work on a job site while securing strength around the opening, and which is excellent in workability, economic efficiency and versatility properties. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the concrete beam 11 with the opening 1a, a fixed area including the opening 1a of the concrete beam 11 comprises a precast concrete member 1. The fixed area including the opening 1a is partitioned with two cross-sectional surfaces orthogonal to the axial direction of the beam holding the opening 1a therebetween; and the precast concrete member 1 is constituted by reinforcing the periphery of the opening 1a with a reinforcing member.
