In the device there are mx(n-1) counters where n-number of columns in a matrix array, mx(n-l) inhibit AND elements, a RS-flip-flop, an OR-NOT element and four AND-NOT elements, where the first and third input AND element inputs with the second and third AND-NOT elements correspondingly are connected, the OR-NOT element and the first AND-NOT elements outputs are connected to the first inputs of the second and third AND-NOT elements correspondingly, the outputs being connected to the fourth AND-NOT element inputs, the direct RS-flip-flop input output is connected to the second input of the second AND-NOT element, its inverting output is connected to the second input of the third AND-NOT element and its S-input is connected to the mode selection input of the device, the zero flag inverting outputs of mxn counters are connected correspondingly with the first mxn inhibit AND element inputs, OR-NOT element inputs and the first AND-NOT element, the fourth AND-NOT element output are connected with the first AND element inputs of the group, the input AND element output is connected to the second inputs of mx(n-1) inhibit AND elements, the outputs being connected with subtraction inputs of corresponding mx(n-l) counters, the device reset input is connected to mxn counter reset inputs, an output counter and R-input of the RS flip-flop, mxn counter inputs are connected to information inputs of the device correspondingly and the fourth AND-NOT element output is an END signal output of the device.
