<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device including a light source and an imaging part, which prevents reflection of an image of the light source reflected on a surface transmitting light when imaging an external object through the transmission surface, and to provide an operation input device therewith. <P>SOLUTION: The imaging device 1 includes a camera 20, LEDs 30 and prisms 40 in a housing 10. The camera 20 captures an operator's hand outside the device with light radiated from the LEDs 30 through the transmission surface 11. The prisms 40 refract the optical paths of the light radiated from the LEDs 30 to prevent infrared rays radiated from the LEDs 30 from being reflected on the transmission surface 11 into the camera 20 as in optical paths 53 having no prism 40. Blank areas 52 generated due to the optical path changes through the prisms 40 and receiving no light radiation from the LEDs 30 is irradiated by other LEDs 30. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
