<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a home health management system, having basic data measuring instruments, necessary for health management of a home client, collected at one place to make use thereof both at home and in an individual medical institution, for providing diagnostic information accompanied by charging processing as input/output information of the home client, and for making it possible to use the basic data for the individual institution and for necessary care and support. <P>SOLUTION: The home health management system (A) includes the measuring instruments for measuring the basic health data of the home client (including a person necessitating care) 1, including measuring units 6 that can be moved or fixed, having a variety of measurement means. Based on the diagnosis result from a health management center (including a care necessity diagnosis center) 2 according to the basic data measured by the measuring units 6, when a disease exists, health management information to the acquisition of medicines, accompanied by charging processing, is obtained. Also, when the care is necessary, the degree of necessary care is obtained.
