<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a regeneration method of a sheet-like image receptor which regenerates a sheet-like image receptor and contributes to the saving of resources and moreover the suppression of environmental destruction, and to provide the sheet-like image receptor regenerated by using the regeneration method. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The regeneration method of a sheet-like image receptor for removing a toner image formed on the sheet-like image receptor according to an electrostatic latent image developing method and regenerating the sheet-like image receptor, comprises a process of causing the sheet-like image receptor to contact with a solution containing limonene by using the sheet-like image receptor of which the Beck smoothness of image surface is 20 to 150 sec and a subsequent process of removing a floating image.
