PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet processing device which does not perform an unnecessary finishing treatment for a sheet bundle and to provide an image forming device. SOLUTION: A finishing treatment is applied, by a press unit 559, to the bent end of a sheet bundle bent by a bending part 562 for bending the sheet bundle at the bending position. When the sheet bundle subjected to the bending is bound by a binding part 561, the finishing treatment is performed. When the sheet bundle subjected to the bending is not bound, the press unit 559 is controlled so as not perform the finishing treatment. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
