PURPOSE: An organic light emitting device is provided to improve luminous efficiency without applying a resonance structure by using a transparent cathode as an electrode. CONSTITUTION: An organic light-emitting device comprises a anode electrode(61), an organic layer(63), and a cathode electrode(62). The organic layer is formed on the anode electrode. The organic layer comprises a light-emitting layer. A cathode electrode is formed on the organic layer. The light-emitting layer of the organic layer transmits the light. The light transmits the cathode electrode. The cathode electrode is comprised of a first region(62a) and a second region(62b). The concentration of the metal oxide at interface of the first region and the second region are successive.
