摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plate-type reactor in which excellent heat transfer efficiency is obtained and a pressure loss of a catalyst layer is reduced. <P>SOLUTION: The plate-type reactor includes: a reaction vessel in which gaseous raw materials are reacted with each other; a plurality of heat transfer plates which are arrayed side by side in the reaction vessel and include a plurality of heat transfer tubes wherein the rims or edges in cross section are connected to each other on one straight line; and the catalyst layer formed by packing a catalyst in a gap between the adjacent heat transfer plates. The heat transfer plate is arrayed perpendicularly to the flow direction of the gaseous raw materials so that the inequality: 1<S2/S1&le;2 (wherein S2 is the maximum thickness of the catalyst layer between the adjacent heat transfer tubes when measured from the longitudinal direction of the heat transfer plate to the lateral direction thereof; S1 is the minimum thickness of the catalyst layer between the adjacent heat transfer tubes) is satisfied. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
