PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shroud supporting structure capable of suppressing the deflection and vibration of the front end side of a shroud and protecting an engine and a fuel tank from bounding stones, mud, etc. SOLUTION: A main frame which extends rearward from a head pipe, and a down frame 17 which is located below the main frame and extends downward from the head pipe are provided on a vehicle body frame. The engine 27 and the fuel tank are supported by the vehicle body frame including the down frame 17, and the front parts of a right and left pair of shrouds 57, 58 which extend to a forward position from the down frame 17 are supported at the vehicle frame side. In this shroud supporting structure, front parts of the right and left pair of shrouds 57, 58 are connected to a cross member 111 that extends in the vehicle width direction and the cross member 111 is attached to the down frame 17.
