PURPOSE: A method and a system for offering advertisement by using weight according to an advertisement exposure rank are provided to control a gap from expected effectiveness for the top order by applying the weight to the biding price, wherein the weight depends on the advertisement display order. CONSTITUTION: A biding price is inputted from an advertiser, and an advertisement providing system determines an advertisement exposure order for the advertisement of the advertiser(S201). The advertisement providing system allocates the weight depending on the advertisement order to the biding price(S202). Based on the corresponding advertisement display order, the advertisement providing system displays the advertisement(S203). Based on the biding price, the advertisement depending on the display order calculates the advertisement fee(S204). A CPC(Cost Per Click) manner is used for the input of the bidding price.
