Disclosed is an aromatic amine derivative represented by formula (1) [wherein X represents an aromatic hydrocarbon ring or an aromatic heterocyclic ring; a1 represents a number of 0 to 11; R1 and R2 independently represent a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group having 1 to 20 carbon atoms, a substituted or unsubstituted aromatic hydrocarbon group, or a substituted or unsubstituted aromatic heterocyclic group; b1 and c1 independently represent an integer of 0 to 10; and A1 to A4 independently represent a substituted or unsubstituted aromatic hydrocarbon group, or a substituted or unsubstituted aromatic heterocyclic group, provided that at least one of A1 to A4 has a substituent represented by formula (2) (wherein n1 represents a number of 1 to 12)].
