<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless transmitter that has omnidirectionality without attenuating an antenna gain in a state of it being carried on a human body. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The wireless transmitter 10 is provided with: a transmission module 14; an antenna 30, and a battery 20. The antenna 30 is provided with an antenna conductor having an antenna opening surface in the thickness of an antenna substrate, and radiates a radio wave in a direction (Y direction) parallel to the principal surface of the antenna substrate. When the wireless transmitter 10 is carried on the human body, antenna gain attenuation due to the radiation of the radio wave toward the human body is suppressed thereby. The battery 20 is provided with a minus terminal 22 disposed to be electromagnetically coupled to the antenna 30. The whole conductor section including not only the antenna 30, but also the battery 20 thereby functions as a radiation conductor, so that antenna characteristics with a superior omnidirectionality is provided.
